If you’re tired of dieting, constantly feeling like you’re losing control around food, and wondering if there’s another way, there IS. And what if I told you that this way does not involve calorie counting, tracking your weight, cutting out foods, or forcing yourself to exercise?
I’m Rola Ghaddar, a US Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Yoga Teacher, with 10+ years of counseling women around their relationship with food.
Maybe you’ve tried different approaches to eating healthier. You might have felt frustrated, blamed your willpower, or wondered why it always seems so hard to stay consistent. You’re not alone! 95% of people who lose weight through restrictive plans end up regaining it. But that doesn’t mean you are the problem. It’s a mindset shift that can transform your entire life.

You won’t count calories ever again. As we move forward, the cues that will help you choose the right portion for you will be your hunger and fullness.
It’s a weight neutral approach. Weight is the result of our health habits but it’s never the goal. The more we release attachment to the number, the easier we release it.
