If you're sick of dieting, then you're probably in the right place. I am Rola Ghaddar, a US registered dietitian, certified intuitive eating counselor and a yoga teacher and I hope to help you reconnect with your body and LET GO of dieting for good.
I used to give diets when I first graduated and I stopped when I realized they don't work! Actually, according to research 95% of diets fail within 2-5 years. But guess what? They will blame you for that failure and then market another diet for you.
This cycle goes on and on, until you realize you're not the problem, your willpower is not the problem and your body is not the problem. Dieting is.

Intuitive eating changed my life. After 20 years of dieting, I never thought I would stop counting calories, feeling guilty because I ate a cupcake or eat whenever I felt like eating.
