Hi there, I’m Rola Ghaddar!

Intuitive Eating Dietitian & Yoga Teacher based in Dubai

My mission is to help you heal the root cause of your eating problems, reconnect to your body’s wisdom and live your life fully.

My Story in a nutshell:

For years, I pushed myself relentlessly with work, with exercise, even with food, believing that discipline and control were the keys to success.

I buried my emotions in long hours, chased external validation, and saw movement as something I had to do rather than something I wanted to do.  But the more I forced myself, the more disconnected I became—from my body, my emotions, and the joy in my life.

Everything changed when I shifted from force to flow, embracing a more compassionate, intuitive way of living.

I learned to move in ways that feel good, process emotions instead of escaping them, and nourish my body without guilt or rigid rules. Now, I help others do the same by guiding them to trust their bodies, break free from exhausting cycles, and create a life where food, movement, and well-being feel effortless and fulfilling.

I started my practice 10 years ago and have learnt so much since then!

Here’s what changed:

I used to give diets and set portion sizes.

I used to help you lose weight.

I used to track your weight and calculate how many grams of fat and muscle you gained or lost.

I used to help you change your body to boost your confidence.

Now, I help you discover the foods you enjoy & strengthen your connection with your inner cues.

Now, I help you gain health and happiness with kindness and flexibility.

Now, I respect your health beyond the number on the scale & track your progress through healthy behaviors.

Now, I help you find true self-confidence by strengthening yourself through knowledge, spirituality, and a supportive community.

Now, I feel indescribable joy when I see my clients achieve true, sustainable health and reach their natural body weight.

Now, I understand that most eating struggles stem from emotional eating, guilt, body image issues, and a scarcity mindset.

I used to see temporary success in my clients, followed by disappointment.

I used to focus only on food and exercise.

My personal journey

The years that got me to where I am today

2014

Earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from the American University of Beirut.

Completed training at the only American recognized and accredited program ACEND in the Middle East at AUBMC and became a US registered dietitian.

2017

I was a firm believer of the deep connection between mental health and nutrition, which pushed me to earn my Health Coaching certification from the National Society of Health Coaches.

2021

After seven years of personal practice, I completed Yoga Teacher Training at Sarvam Yoga Center in Beirut, integrating yoga principles with intuitive eating. I believe yoga and intuitive eating have so much in common and they complement each other beautifully.

I help people break free from dieting and rediscover the trust, peace, and freedom they were never meant to lose, using an approach rooted in self-compassion, deep healing, and the understanding that your body was never the problem to begin with

2015

Started my private practice and was deeply immersed in diet culture. However, I quickly noticed the overwhelming stress and pressure it placed on people and always felt like something is missing.

2018

The more I started honoring my clients' mental health, the more I found myself drifting away from diets until I transitioned to the Intuitive Eating approach and became one of the first  Certified Intuitive Eating Counselors in the Middle east.

Today

My work goes far beyond food. It’s about healing on every level.

Because the truth is → Eating challenges aren’t just about food. After 10+ of counseling women, I am confident to say that eating problems are a symptom of a deeper problem.

And that’s exactly what I help my clients with - a sustainable, peaceful relationship with food and body, one that lasts a lifetime.
